Through our alerts and communications on behalf of our clients, we have built our community of shareholders. We introduce all of clients to this community, who are all active OTC, Small Cap and Nasdaq shareholders and traders.

Many of our shareholder community members are active investors looking for good situations to invest directly in our clients. These are accredited investors who welcome our presentation of any potential investment opportunities.

For larger and more sophisticated funding needs, we work with numerous institutional investors and funding sources. These investors usually provide bridge financing and any necessary legal or accounting resources as part of the bigger funding commitment. 

We can run large programs that use a diversified, non-affiliated community of firms and platforms. With over 30 years in the capital markets, we have built relationships with a selection of PR/marketing firms that we know are effective and will work as part of a bigger campaign at a rate much lower than their individual retail rate. Through the right partners, our campaigns cover all forms of marketing and advertising.

We have and continue to work with a variety of SEC attorney throughout the country. Whether you need a sole practitioner or a large firm, we have a referral whose work we are familiar with and that assist you with all your legal needs. The OTC market and regulations require working with legal council that have the experience in that area to know the unwritten views of the SEC and FINRA. The attorneys we work with specialize in that expertise. 

With every client and deal over the years we have also worked with numerous SEC qualified CPAs that we have developed relationships with and have confidently referred to our clients. These firms are very familiar with the accounting needs and requirements of OTC companies as well as any registrations or filings required.

Our network of broker dealers can provide all services that require you to use a registered firm, including 15c2-11s, Private Placement agent, underwriting and investment banking relationships. We also work with clearing firms such as Wilson Davis and Alpine Securities who specialize in OTC deposits and transactions.

The use of social media influencers to get your story out to an exponential number of potential shareholders and investors. Access to these influencers takes time and developing a level of credibility. We have made it a priority to build a rapport with a variety of influencers in financial sectors through our daily presence and alerts in stock trading chat rooms.

We have found that business brokers are an endless source of potential acquisition candidates for our clients. Many times these acquisitions come with seller financing and/or a management team in place. We receive a daily list of businesses for sale from the business brokers in our network. We review this list and present any interesting deals to our clients that may enhance or expedite their business model.

We treat each client as if it were our own company. Therefore, it only makes sense that we review our portfolio of past, current and potential clients always looking for partnership or joint venture synergies amongst them. By having a relationship with both (or more) parties, we are able to present creative, beneficial opportunities to a welcoming audience.

Access to a multitude of media and industry specific platforms adds to our diversified network of advertising and marketing resources to effectively communicate your company or product(s). Industry specific audiences help build a solid following and potential shareholder base that is believe in the company and its potential in their sector. These are better targeted sources than most general media.

Writing press releases or marketing pieces takes a certain understanding of the intended audience. The whole point of your message is to gain the attention and interest of a current, potential shareholder or investor. Regardless of how good the news or write-up is, how it is written and presented can make the difference between a successful result or just another ineffective message.
